Shrimp cocktail
With ‘sea boiled’, hand peeled shrimps served with baby lettuces, lemon, Thousand Island dressing, asparagus and Danish caviar

Creamy lobster soup
With grilled scampi

Scampi
Giant prawns marinated in coriander and garlic served on grilled bread with mango salad

Carpaccio
Marinated beef with marinated rocket, homemade pesto and grated parmesan

(All starters are served with freshly baked bread and butter)

 

Main courses

Grilled salmon
With marinade of mustard, seasonal vegetables, parsley potatoes and creamy mustard sauce

Rack of B-B-Q Ribs grilled on lava stone
In BBQ sauce, baked potato and creamy caleslaw

Fillet of veal
Served with vegetables of the day, coarse French fries and homemade béarnaise

With seasonal vegetables, creamed potatoes and pepper sauce

The same menu must be ordered for everyone.
Minumum number is 10 persons. Total billing.
We do not serve tap water. All guests must buy drinks.
Half price for children aged 4 to 11 years.
Capacity up to 300 people.
