The restaurant manager has responsibility for the overall day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar, helping to lead and motivate our serving staff and ensuring that we always provide our guests with a first-class experience. You have experience within the industry, have a cool overview, can keep a cool head in stressful situations and like to be busy and work independently at a fast pace. The restaurant manager answers the phone and books larger parties.
The inspector assists the restaurant manager on a day-to-day basis and helps to lead and motivate our serving staff as well as ensure that we always provide our guests with a first-class experience. The inspector is responsible for training staff, has the skills and courage to step forward and show the team what standard must be set for the day. The inspector reports to the restaurant manager.
As a shift leader, we expect a big overview, energy and an eye for detail. You have a good mood and smile easily. You have experience from the industry, are a skilled salesperson who is good at familiarizing yourself with the guest’s needs and wishes. You have things under control and are able to find an extra gear when necessary.
Waiters and bartenders
Serves the guests and takes pride in giving them an optimal experience. You have experience within the industry and like to be busy and work independently at a fast pace. You have a good mood, are smiling, service minded and welcoming towards guests and emphasize a good working climate.
Færgekroen is beautifully located next to Lake Tivoli with its own microbrewery with room for 200 diners. The lunch consists of high-quality Danish smørrebrød, where everything is homemade. In the evening, classic Danish dishes inspired by international cuisine are served. In addition, a busy bar, where the house’s home-brewed beer can also be enjoyed.
